Micron Expansion Project

MICRON Building B 37

This project has been underway since 2017 and is ongoing as of Q3 2018. It includes a new building at Micron in Boise, Idaho as well as some renovations to a current building.

Micron Technology is investing approximately $15 billion to construct a leading-edge memory manufacturing facility in Boise, Idaho—the first new memory fab built in the U.S. in 20 years. This expansion is expected to create around 17,000 new American jobs, including 2,000 positions at Micron, 4,500 construction jobs, and 15,000 indirect roles.

The project encompasses the development of 15 new buildings, supported by significant infrastructure such as a 2,800-space parking garage and a water treatment plant.

College Project

IDAHO COLLEGE OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE (ICOM)

This project was just recently completed after a year and a half. It is now open for students and faculty and is another one of our proud achievements as a company.

The Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM), established in 2016, is a private, for-profit medical school located in Meridian, Idaho. As Idaho’s first medical school, ICOM addresses the state’s physician shortage by offering a four-year Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) program. The 94,000-square-foot campus features lecture halls, a clinical simulation center, and specialized laboratories. ICOM collaborates with Idaho State University and offers dual-degree options in partnership with the university. The inaugural class graduated in 2022 with a 100% residency match rate, leading to full accreditation by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation.
